When we begin a Systems Integration project, our methodology focuses on identifying the goals and requirements of the system. We are strong believers in building Use Case Scenarios to describe the proposed function of the system in user terms to ensure that the system takes aim at the customer's business needs. Once both parties agree upon the business requirements, we analyze exactly what development process steps are required to achieve successful results.
During the design and construction phases, our focus continues to be on the business problem(s) that the system is intended to address rather than viewing the project as a programming job. In this way, our developers never lose sight of the ultimate objective: help the customer's end users perform their tasks.

This in itself is a major contributor to reduced costs to our customers. Additonally, our rates are favorable as our organization is designed to maintain the lowest overhead possible. Every InfoTrust Group resource interacts with customers and contributes to customer projects.
Breadth of Expertise:
Our main charter is to allow customers who have needs within our core competency to use only InfoTrust for all aspects of a project's lifecycle if they so desire. To this end, we also provide the network design, security design, hosting, and system administration of the applications we develop in addition to the classic services provided by typical companies. Staying within and focusing on our core competency allows us to do our work better and cheaper than large companies, yet allows us to provide non-stop shopping unlike most small businesses.
Experience:
Many companies have attempted to deliver systems to our customers that only worked well in a demo environment and with only a handful of users. Developing a system with the right product set that actually performs with tens of thousands of real-time users and scales appropriately is an entirely different problem domain and requires a much greater level of expertise.
