Our Process

We have a production-proven process that guarantees that you end up with the course you want. Here is a sample outline of our process.

Course Development Review

An instructional designer will work with you and your material to make sure that the flow of your course is smooth and makes sense.

Storyboard Development

We typically develop our storyboards in PowerPoint. We convert these PowerPoint files to the final, web-ready format later in the process. This might include Captivate, Articulate, Flash, or other programs.

Full Course Review

We fully review all of the course materials for grammar, spelling, and layout problems.

Audio Development

We develop the narrative for each slide and then fully narrate the audio for each slide. All audio is tested and reviewed for errors before release.

Flash Development

We convert the storyboards to Flash or another format. We create animations and other graphic elements to improve the visual impact of the course. All pages are again tested and reviewed for errors before release.

Quiz and Final Exam Development

We create module review questions and a final exam.

Project Management

Here are samples of some of the touchstones in our process:

• We will clean up the storyboard content and give you the opportunity to finalize the storyboard.
• We then complete the audio and visual production.
• We will send you a link to review the web version of the course.
• We will work with you to incorporate your changes and release the course.
