Olivier Joufflineau
Vice President of Operations for ATA Technical Publications, Flight Operations Solutions and Services (AFOSS)

Olivier Joufflineau, Vice President of Operations for AFOSS. His different teams are in charge of developing TechSight/X ATA products, customer implementation, and post implementation support. AFOSS also includes the Airlines COC team, the Manual Revision Services team, and Hosting Services, which is in charge of all the systems that ITG hosts for its customers. Olivier’s teams are located in InfoTrust Group’s North American and Shanghai offices.

On staff since 1988, Olivier has held a variety of positions at InfoTrust Group. He began as a software engineer at the French sister company, Jouve, working on the JOUVE Indexing and Search Framework. Olivier followed this with three years as the manager of the Aeronautic Development team, where he was responsible for the ADRES and CAATS products. He served four years as a project leader for the BOEING DISC project for both Jouve France and InfoTrust Group (formerly JDM). He has also worked as the AirGTI Product Manager, the Director of System Engineering, and the Quality Manager, leading two successful ISO9001 certifications and two successful renewals for JDM. More recently, he has served as Director of Customer Support for all customers worldwide.
