David Goodman, Training Services, heads the Training Services division. Dave joined InfoTrust in 2001 and helped open the Training Services branch in Austin, Texas in 2006. Since that time the branch has tripled in size and continues to grow. Dave oversees a team that creates instructor-led training, web-based training, CBT, multimedia training guides, and technical publications. His team also delivers a wide array of other training and graphic design services.

Dave has over 10 years of experience in the training and writing industries. During those years he has worked in the aerospace, semiconductor, and solar fields. Dave’s knowledge of training in these fields has given InfoTrust Training Services an incredible product line. In addition, Dave’s extensive background in process design has allowed his division to offer these products at prices far below the competition with the same or better quality. His attention to detail and follow-through carries across his team and makes them a group that is easy to work with and that always delivers what they promise. Many of Dave’s clients will attest to not only the
low price and high value of his products, but also the exceptional customer service experience.

Dave holds a Bachelor’s degree from Grand Canyon University and is currently pursuing his Masters.
