David Goodman

David Goodman heads the TDI division. Dave joined InfoTrust in 2001 and helped open the branch in Austin, Texas in 2006. Since that time the branch has quadrupled in size and continues to grow. Dave's team specializes in delivering both technical and non-technical training using the latest in adult learning theory and methodology. Coupled with a strong team of technical writers and illustrators, the TDI team can deliver end-to-end solutions while reusing content throughout manuals and training courses. The team produces instructor-led training, web-based training, multimedia training guides, custom learning solutions, technical publications using structured authoring, technical illustrations, and a wide array of other training and technical publication solutions.

Dave has over 15 years of experience in the training and technical publication industries. During those years he has worked in the aerospace, semiconductor, and solar fields. He has spent significant time in process design which has allowed his team to offer products at prices far below industry standards while still maintaining exceptional quality. Dave manages a global team that is experienced in going to customer facilities and working directly with the customer to get the information they need.

Dave holds a Bachelor’s degree from Grand Canyon University.
