Bill Francis, Senior Vice President of Administration & Chief Financial Officer of InfoTrust Group, heads the worldwide administrative organization responsible for overseeing all finance and accounting, human resources and information technology functions for the company.

Before joining InfoTrust Group in October 2007, Bill started his career with the renowned firm Deloitte & Touche, CPAs. This was followed by over 30 years of extensive financial, international and operational management experience, including roles as CFO, VP of Finance & Operations, and International Controller for various companies in the software, IT, data storage, high-tech manufacturing and medical industries, such as ITT Industries, Harris Corporation, Par Technology Corporation, and Sunrise Medical. In addition, Bill taught evening school undergraduate courses in corporate finance and accounting for Syracuse University at Utica College. Over his career, he has implemented major financial and operational improvements that contributed significantly to organizational development and profitability, including one operation being named “Best Call Center of The Year” in the Customer Support category by Call Center Magazine.

Bill earned his Master of Science degree in Management and Administrative Sciences majoring in Finance from the University of Texas, Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Cleveland State University, and is a CPA.
