Nancy Cruz
Nancy has over 18 years of human resources experience in technology companies. Most notably, she worked for eight years for Cisco Systems in San Jose, California holding various positions in their Corporate Employment department. Among her achievements, she played an integral role in launching university relations, affirmative action programs, and diversity initiatives. Nancy graduated cum laude from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo with a Bachelor of Science degree, majoring in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Management and a minor in Psychology. She also has her Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute. |

Nancy Cruz, Vice President of Human Resources, leads the worldwide Human Resources department, which works in strategic partnership with the company’s management team to maintain a world-class workforce. Nancy joined InfoTrust in 2004 and has assumed increasing responsibilities while the employee base has risen from less than 35 US employees to over 225 employees located in five offices on three continents, including two major acquisitions.
